More of a hiking trail than a bike trail. Lots of large ruts and hard climbing sections. The downhill portion after passing Lower Skull is very loose with large rocks, not too fun to ride.

Not so fun East of Lower Skull, loose and heavily eroded. Strange exit into Coleman, right by empty house, and down its front steps.

Running river in the rocky section Two creek flood mitigation jobs have effectively cut the trail into sections

The closer you get to mountain highway on this trail the harder it is to find the trail. Once you are at the end its a river bed of huge rocks. Pretty miserable trail. After you pass Lower Skull you just wish you rode Baden Powell. People complain about Baden Powell but I'd rather ride Baden Powell than this again.

True as written above but what got me is how it ends having walk down some abandon home's side steps to their front door then down their driveway!? Spooky!

The NSMBA should squat that house at the end till it’s theirs.

Wish I'd read the comments before using this trail to end my ride at Mt Fromme. This is now on my must-avoid list.
