More of a hiking trail than a bike trail. Lots of large ruts and hard climbing sections. The downhill portion after passing Lower Skull is very loose with large rocks, not too fun to ride.

If you don’t want to take the double black down the exit on to Coleman near the abandoned house is now completely blocked off. Wouldn’t recommend this trail, just stick to Dempsey.

This exit to Dempsey Connector is now closed by the owner of the property at the road. Unfortunately no other way to exit without going back up to Skull or other trails further west.

Am I the only one that liked this trail?? End is now closed thanks to the house erecting fences and closing the trail off. Best to finish down lower skull.

The trail is nearly unrideable. Feels like a double black rather than a connector

Wish I'd read the comments before using this trail to end my ride at Mt Fromme. This is now on my must-avoid list.

The NSMBA should squat that house at the end till it’s theirs.

True as written above but what got me is how it ends having walk down some abandon home's side steps to their front door then down their driveway!? Spooky!

The closer you get to mountain highway on this trail the harder it is to find the trail. Once you are at the end its a river bed of huge rocks. Pretty miserable trail. After you pass Lower Skull you just wish you rode Baden Powell. People complain about Baden Powell but I'd rather ride Baden Powell than this again.
