4x4 road with deep sand at the beginning, but lots of technical riding and views as a payoff.

Admittedly, I only rode the first 2 miles ... of 4-inch-deep-sand jeep road. Views are nice, but this would be much better on a moto or ATV. Not for mtn bikes.

You've gotta ride the rest of the trail. One of the best desert biking adventures in Utah, in my opinion. A mix between Bull Run type riding and calm sandy riding, with amazing views all along. I rode it with a plus bike, though, so the sand wasn't an issue.
