This is what Idaho mountain bike dreams are made of. This is a mixed use moto trail, but don't let that dissuade you. The downhill is awesome, not too steep to blow your brakes out and not rutted out at all. And thanks to the moto guys, usually has all the trees cleared off of it. This is the perfect end to an amazing backcountry loop using the Coeur d'Alene River Trail.
This could be a potential shuttle section, or a smaller loop on its own. From the directions for the Coeur d'Alene River trail, continue up river another couple miles. Turn right (north) on the 3099 and you will run into the loop at the junction of the 205/3099.
