Percorso estremamente facile ed adatto ai principianti. Adatto anche a chi vuole "fare della gamba" pedalando off road. Pedalando su ciclabili fidentine si arriva a costeggiare l'ospedale di Vaio e la sua stazione, poi una ripida ma breve salita salita su asfalto immette su una bella inghiaiata che corre parallela alla poco distante panoramica di Montauro. Poi una breve discesa su carraia erbosa porta su una inghiaiata che costeggia la ferrovia Salso-Fidenza. All'altezza del depuratore si entra nella ciclabile di Salso fino alla stazione ferroviaria...
