One of the most difficult trails in this forest. There are some other paths near that can be chosen with same startpoint to same endpoint as this trail.
First straight section you should stick right of the main path. This is easier to ride and features a natural pump track with some tiny jumps. Ends with a small rock/roots garden, although with tiny rocks that might get your feet dancing on the pedals. Nothing to worry about though. Last obstacle is a concrete beam popping out slightly on the way to the flat last section.

Access Info

The rue du dieu des monts has a branch running to a dead end on the south-east side of the forest. Take this road and enter the forest were the road turns left. Go straight on to the trail.
