Jackass Jerry is a super tourist trail so be aware of that when you decide to ride it. Way better trails in this area but, hey, if you’re lazy just keep continuing to do it and have fun with all the ebikers

Is this trail in an area of forest that is currently closed?
[Reply]

Yes, on the map under Layers there is a checkbox for Land Owners. Anything under USFS ownership is closed until the 17th.

Great trail with a good climb up the road to make a loop. Fun berms and jumps.

This has turned into a popular place for people to bring their dogs, ride with caution

Absolute amazing trail. Hit it on a Wednesday and it was dead. The trail is in prime condition right now.

Fun for the whole family. Pleasant climb with some challenging rock sections to keep it honest. Great berms and rock features on the way down.

Short climb followed by feature packed descent. Lots of fun rock rolls, berms, small doubles, etc.

Jack ass has proven to be one of the, if not the most popular trails this spring. It has all the fun features that mountain bikers enjoy, plus it’s easy access and not overly strenuous. These factors unfortunately, I’ve led to an over abundance of use, with often times roadside parking being filled up beyond capacity. Go off hours, or better yet, enjoy one of the many other fun trails in the region!

Fantastic trail, the ride to the top wasn't nearly as long as I thought and definitely short enough to do 2 laps. 1 water bottle is more than enough for this ride unless you're a heavy drinker.

Fun! Lots of ride arounds if needed. A good mix of uphill with some fun downhill.

Super fun. Dry and the berms a little rutted, but a nice afternoon blast.
