This is an approximately 6.6 mile singletrack trail that is very remote and difficult. Most of it is rideable, however there is a mandatory carry or hike a bike over the pass due to steepness of the trail and rock scree. The usual direction for this ride is from Mill Lake, over the pass and down the East Fork of Hayden Creek. This ride is only for the advanced or expert rider who is willing to hike a bike for some exceptional mountain scenery. There are a lot of dead trees along the trail and the downfall may be numerous if it hasn't been cleared recently. You can do a loop ride on this trail by going up the Mill Creek Jeep Road #006 approximately six miles to Mill Lake, catching the trail over the pass and riding down the East Fork of Hayden Creek Trail #181 down to the Mill Hayden Loop Road #10 then following that back to your starting point.
Access via the Mill Lake Jeep Road #006 to the northeast corner of the lake at the outlet where the singletrack starts. Mill Lake is approximately 15 air miles west of Leadore, Idaho.
