Trail network is very overgrown, hidden stumps took a few of our riders down. Dry, fast and otherwise great conditions.

Very twisty, quite flat, doable on any bike (saw a group of cyclocross riders there). This trail is the perfect introduction to mountain bike riding for anyone, with no hike-a-bike frustration. The more experienced just have to crank up the pace to get the jollies. The biggest risk is that you meet yourself coming the other way and cause a rift in the space-time continuum.
