Eddye West is an important singletrack connection to Eddye McClure East and the far eastern end of the South Hills system. It offers a fun downhill option off the east side of Mount Ascension, as well as an easy climb to the top of the directional trails. There are some minor rock features, and several nice tight turns that flow well (a bit of a change from Helena's characteristic switchbacks).
