To start Evan's trail, head from the parking lot at the east end. When you reach the fence crossing, you can head left, directly east along the fence line to ride clockwise, which is the standard direction. If you cross the cattle fence crossing, you will head west and ride counter-clockwise.

The trail is normally ridden clockwise and you will switchback down and through some ravens, heading down along the hillside until you reach a gate crossing and a road. You will have to go through the gate and immediately head back west along the fence line. The trail continues to switchback as you rise back up from the bottom toward the parking lot area.

Weeds are out of control. I'll head up with a rake and weed eater to clear out the bad parts.

Someone needs to ride this thing with a dirt bike to keep the tumbleweeds down. Basically unrideable at the bottom on a geared bike due to sticks getting in the gears

A little more rideable after weedeating was done. You want to ride this trail clockwise from the top parking lot. The easy rating is deceptive, this is a difficult trail. Definitely not finished, but springtime wet weather is the best time to ride. It gets dry and dusty in the hot summer months.

Trail to East Gate is clear. Weed eating done 5/25/22. Trail to east side is super fun XC trail with interesting scenery. Bumpy in some parts but weeds are cleared (for now). Definitely ride this trail clockwise (far east trail, turn left at the start). I gave it a five star rating for not being boring!
