A mixed gravel/tarmac fire road. Very steep downhill from Ferntree Park/Very steep climb back up. Be careful of the speedhumps starting around halfway down the hill, nothing too severe but they can be a bit of a surprise. A good way to connect into the Heathcote National Park trails, just be careful crossing Heathcote Road, as visibility is very limited.
