Though a good portion of this trail is an intermediate-level ride, there are enough challenging features that deem "Fire Sale" as "Very Difficult": Several areas contain cliff-like exposure, steep descents, technical climbs, and rewarding views. The trail is mostly clay, some sand, and lots of baby's heads (do not ride during or immediately following any rain). Also, there isn't any shade: Be prepared with water and sun-block.

Access Info

Start at the McCoy Flats hub, take "Retail Sale", look for the "Fire Sale" sign about a mile into the ride.
