The lesser known harder alternative to the Grouse Grind & BCMC. Situated between the 2 trails it follows a steep ridge with a creek on the right most of the way up. The trail is not a high traffic engineered trail like the Grind or much of the BCMC, its very primitive and a bit hard to follow in a few spots.

At about the 80% mark the trail gets really fun or scary depending on how you like scrambling and exposure. You will have to navigate up some rock cliffs but be rewarded by some amazing views, which you don't get on the other 2 trails until you reach the top. It takes longer than the Grind, but is a great alternative to the Grouse Grind for those seeking more of a challenge and less crowds.

Disclaimer

I wouldn't recommend this trail in wet conditions.
