Norsk

English
Fast & easy, a mixture of gravel & dirt trail
From the top the trail starts off as a easy, the short straight before the left turn there are two humps you can jump if you have enough speed, after the turn its quite easy, and you have the option to exit to the left to a trail with a lot of roots, or continue to the left the trail continues with few humps, then trail goes up towards the school.

aMTB Green Rating: Beginner features and moderate terrain.

Norsk

English
This trail should be nice for aMTB, but mud at the lowest part at the sharp turn might be a problem, at times, sometimes the mud patch is quite long, but the top section of the trail connects other trails, one trail that goes back up which is named Rebar has a rock blocking access on the middle of the trail, but you can ride on each side, to avoid it, it should not be a problem, another can be overgrown by weed, but is usually not and it can be suitable for aMTB, Sør Langs VGS E
Several other trails are not suitable for aMTB, one might be, but has a steep and short climb from that direction.
