Norsk

English
This trail could easily be done with a XC bike,
The trail starts off quite easily without any obstacles, but further in there are some mud sports, and after the first fork the trail becomes more technical, with many roots, and mountain surface then some more roots and until you come to a right turn there is a rock garden which can be quite tricky when it's muddy and wet, after this the trail continues towards the corn flield, with a left turn, in this area there could be unrideable after a lot of heavy rain, so you might need to walk on the side.
the trail continues pretty with long straight sections with mountain rock surface, and a lot of roots in some sections, further in you there are some mud spots, but can be ridden around with some experience and good balance.
after this, there will be a right turn with a stream crossing and then left turn with the straight sector which comes slightly uphill, and goes up, the trail ends at an open area.
