      trail is very sandy due to recent extreme dry weather. tons of sugar sand. this is my favorite local trail but it is no fun right now

      A couple of very short sections where trail is under water due to recent rain following extreme high tides. Rest of trail is fine.

      Several sections closed due to hurricane debris and standing water. Still enough to ride and explore for an hour or so.

       The whole trail is covered in soft beach sand. Unless you want sand in all your bearings, keep away.
