NB This trail is closed to cycling from May 1st to September 15th by BC Parks. It is a busy pedestrian trail in summer and I would strongly recommend respecting the closure.

Some trails are soul destroyers - this one is a soul builder. In Spring when you're just winding up or Fall where maybe you're in a rut of the same old loops, this trail is a great little change of pace. The full Four Lakes Trail is a wide trail that pleasantly connects the, er, four lakes of the Alice Lake area. This section, although not technically challenging, is a pleasant ride in either direction with a nice trail bed and some nice curves. A couple of climbs (particularly in the clockwise direction) keep things interesting and will raise your heart rate but without breaking you.

Use this trail to connect from the Alice Lake campground area over towards Man Boobs or to take much longer way to the Mike's Loop area (avoiding the excellent but steep 50 Shades of Green climb).
