Take the Detour to get back down to the road if you’ve chosen to ignore the construction signs for Frank’s Trail. You end up just inside the yellow gate.

Detour has been formalized now to fully avoid the road construction. New route has 2 new creek crossings installed by Wesbild to allow ongoing trail use and links into the bottom of Hustler for a gentle climb to a new exit that avoids construction limits.
