A more technical trail across Arthurville Road from Bald Hill. This is a 4.5 km loop trail with some more serious climbs and downhill trails. Being a more technical trail, it is important to ride within your capabilities.

Contains one steep pinch climb and a couple technical rocky climbs. If you get off and push the bike up these sections, you won’t be the first. Has one serious drop off feature of about 1.5 metres and care should be taken, there is an alternative B-Line on the right about 10 metres before the drop off. Any of the more technical features will have a B-Line and there is generally signage to indicate this.

NB: Trail updated with current layout as of Feb 2019

Access Info

The Trail Head is located at the 80km sign along the Arthurville road, heading south from the village, on the left hand side of Arthurville Road. It’s easy to identify as there are a few small jumps just off the road. Head in past the jumps and you will come across the trail.
Alternatively there is a white gate on the left a little further out Arthurville Road that you can also park at and access the trail from.

Very dry. Clear to ride. The trail surface is a bit loose/raw in some spots. Weeds are getting a bit tall on either side of the track in places....

The trail got that bit of rain, will just need a bit of time for the new berms to firm up and it should be running sweet.

Very dry. Dusty trail surface. A few of the newer berms and jumps are a bit soft, will need a bit of time to bed in, some rain would be awesome.

The descents are short, fun and technical. Which means the climbs are also short, but they're tough and technical in places. One benefit of that is it makes it easy to session your favourite section or a feature you're trying to master. There are a few sections you may have to hop off and walk, or use the alternate b-c lines.
Just remember to look first and assess the jumps and rockgardens before hitting them.
