Fun and flowy with small groomed berms and nice jumps, Go with the Flow is great for a warm-up and will take you right to the bottom. Great for a warmup with a decent climb afterwards. -Not a legal trail so try to not to disturb other people there and bring council attention to it. Locals are generally friendly to bikes though.

       Stairs on the trail now - but there are ways around. A few washed out hidden trails in the area.
