The Goat Track is the Parks' only significant climb (it's tiny!) but also our biggest descent. The trail starts at the end of the levee and climbs up to the left along the the red soil slope along narrow single track (hence the name, Goat Track). Once the paltry summit is attained the descent begins (there is a B-line to the left) across two small log jumps then a right handed berm at the bottom that transitions into a tabletop jump. Shortly after is a second tabletop. Then a short slog across open ground to a sand trap at a vehicle access junction. Going around the back of a brick building at the head of the drainage channel, the Back Straight begins with a run through trees and then a ramp over a tree stump. Shortly after is a left hand log jump and then it's the Back Straight speed slog we know and love - fast, flowy, occasional sand, a few tree roots, all pedalling. Finish it off with a narrow bridge over the drainage channel...
