Cut all the remaining trees out of the upper section and brushed the steep rocky section. Sucks it took half the summer but it rips now!

About 8-10 trees still across the trail, but mostly in the top section. There are a few small areas of light mud, but otherwise the trail is dry....

Top 1/4 lots of trees down, some mud and snow. Not too bad to hike a bike over and around. Side stream that you have to cross required wading up...

Is this ride only accessed from the Resort?

To answer that question, you drive past the resort to access this trail up to the reservoir, do not need to go to the resort.

We road it 6/15/19. First 1/4 lots of downed trees, mud and snow. If you don’t want any hike a bike start from the waterfall trail and it will miss all that. If you feel like any good ride needs some hike a bike start from the reservoir. There is a sizable side creek you have to cross about 1/4 in (well above the falls) but it’s doable. You wade in water below your knees to a big log that’s across the deepest part.
Overall it was worth the hassle and a really nice ride, highly recommend.
