The upper portion of Granite starts above the P-4 parking area where the Boundary trail takes off from the Jacksonville Reservoir Road. The upper portion has some nice berm switchbacks with a rock face that leads to some rollers. The middle section flattens out a bit and is a little narrower. The lower section has two routes, one that is easier and the other with a rock drop and a speedy downhill experience. The trail ends at the quarry parking area ("P-2") on Reservoir Road.
