Great singletrack, some of the best Cache County has to offer. Fairly easy climb and minutes from town. The trail follows the dirt road and crosses it several times. The flow on this trail is excellent with a few opportunities to air out.

Winter: The road is graded up for cross country ski, and the singletrack is one of the best in Utah for Fat Bike riding. The first half is usually packed in pretty quickly by snow shoe, but gets softer as you near the road loop at the top. Spinning up the road is a quick way to get to the DH

Packed with just a thin layer of new snow on top. Starting to get a little soft during the day today. Not very cold.

Fantastic groomed fat biking. NU did a great job with their new groomer. Definitely need a true fat bike, a plus bike isn't going to cut it....

Avoid the trail, very icy after the road crossing above the 1st switchback (2nd gate). I'm not sure if it improves (turns to snow) higher up. Was...

Some snow patches on the upper section for about a quarter mile. If you get past them the trail is dry and ready to rip up to the wilderness...

I clocked the road in my car and it was about 5.7 km, and it says the trail is 8.5 km. Does the trail really wind around the road that much or is the measurement off?
