The Green Lake loop is 5.25 mi. It is very flowy with many small hills and a few small jumps. There are a couple small features (with bypasses), including log steps over a log, and a rock jump.

Access Info

All trail loops are directional based on day of the week. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays bikes travel clockwise on all loops, with foot traffic going counterclockwise. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, these directions are reversed for the respective users. In winter, parts of the trail system are groomed for “floatation use only” – fat tires, xc skis or snowshoes. Check the Facebook page for latest updates.

This place rocks. The newer section has some very pleasant surprises that keeps you on you toes. Choose the speed that your comfortable riding and let it go. Rocky areas, some roots, a little sandy in spots, just a great ride. I'll be back for sure.

Great trail about hour away from where I'm staying definitely the best one I have been to in MI by far even compares to trails out west IMO lots of great dirt jumps, berms, and speed sections.

First time getting back into XC from DH and I rode the green trail. Fun and flowy short simple climbs

Slight overgrown poison ivy reaching onto trail about handlebar height. Cant wait to ride the other loop! Well done!

The toilet is disgusting so use the bathroom before you come out.

The other folks riding were very friendly and we need more of that stuff.

      5/5 for trails

Much love for the green loop! Nothing here can be considered techy, or difficult. Just pure unadulterated smooth rolling single track. Climbs are short and gentle making a fast pace easy to achieve from start to finish. Easily enjoyed by anyone from beginner to experts.

The easiest of all the trails here but still so much fun. This one probably has the best scenery to take in. Like previous mention there is poison ivy everywhere on all the trails so wear those high socks and stay on the trail. I prefer the Friday direction over the Saturday direction on all the trails here. Can't wait to take my wife up here to ride.
