The Greenway Trail is a year round multi use trail that runs from just behind UNBC to the Otway Ski area. For the most part it is an easy trail to bike with most of the elevation gain on the UNBC end. Some of the climbs are a bit harder than easy but nothing that a beginner rider could not handle. As with all trails in this area, pay attention to trail signs.

Access Info

Access is from the parking area just off of Tyner Blvd. Users note that only a portion of the Greenway Trail is shown here, the trail goes on for another 16KM after leaving the Forest For The World area.Terminus is at the Otway Ski area.

This is for the Greenway/FFTW area in general. There is a cow & calf moose in the area, the cow is starting to get aggressive, she knocked down & stepped on a hiker yesterday (March 9th). Her calf is quite young so she is in protection mode. If you see them give a wide berth or choose another route.
