Beautiful, purpose built singletrack out-and-back. Start at the Half Moon Lake Overlook parking lot and head up the Forest Road. Take your first right appx. .8 miles from trailhead. Follow that road until and obvious singletrack splits off to your left.

Once on the singletrack you cruise through high meadows and dense forests until the top. You'll know you're almost there when the climbing gets steep. Worth the view and the descent back down is ripping Thanks USFS!
