The part east of Sävtjärn should have a black classification, and should also be ridden counterclockwise and preferably with an enduro bike for an enjoyable ride. Alternative routing around Sävtjärn is part of Gaaasch and Sävtjärnet. Apart from that most of Vandringsleden is nice and technical with difficulty ranging from nice flow to bumpy paths and forest roads and demanding climbs and downhills. Especially the uphill behind the shooting range is heavy and with loose gravel, and the downhill towards Mörttjärn is fun, but demanding. Alternative routing will be Treske Stemmen, but then you will miss out on Ryggestadberget viewpoint and the nice downhill to Mörttjärn. Plan for an enjoyable and demanding round at relatively slow pace.
