An interesting little loop I guess but there’s probably better elsewhere in the valley. The descents towards the end are quite good fun but it’s pretty exposed so be aware if it’s blowing a Force 8. Some nice views of the valley from the top.

This trail is fantastic and the long slog forestry road and heather moor climb is soon forgotten on the descent. It’s a fast flowing long natural singletrack charge all the way along the ridge back down into Peebles with stunning views.

I cannot say I really enjoyed this. It was a decent slog to get to the top from the Cardrona carpark, the last part was fast and flowy but the rest was a bit something and nothing. Good views though and makes for a nice rest day ride.
