An alternative descent down off Smørdalskammen. Some really nice singletrack, a couple of sections that are steepish (and the reason for not giving it a green status) but not technical at all. It does get a little bit boggy and with some bracken/small trees about half way down that you have to negotiate your way through. You could use this as an ascent as well but there would be some of it that you would need to push up but that is no different from using the other trail as you have to push up parts of that too. Hikers also use this trail so please be respectful. The views from the top of Smørdalskammen are amazing.

Access Info

Either use this trail for the ascent and descent or use the Smørdalskammen trail (also on Trailforks). Both require some amount of pushing your bike.
