A spectacular rocky ridge with sweeping views and some technical challenge. You can ride it in either direction.

To ride it south to north:
From the end of Joyride, ride south on the two-track for about 400m. The entrance isn't super clear, but look left for the climbing trail that parallels the road 30m to the east. Climb to the south end of the ridge and enjoy the views. Ride the ridge heading north and turn right onto the connector that switchbacks down to K2. Descend K2 and Roxy Roller for some technical difficulty.

To ride it north to south:
From the north end of K2, as you start heading back south toward the pond, turn right onto the climbing trail that switchbacks up to the top of the ridge. Ride the ridge heading south. It's fine as an out-n-back if you want to go back to descend K2. Although you can ride down the old skidder road on the south side to swoop back down to the pond, it's loose and steep and not much fun. Look for the singletrack cutting to the right at the top of the skidder road to head down (now going roughly north) to the two-track. When you hit the road, one option is to turn left, then take the next left onto a well travelled trail that takes you back around to the pond. OR, when you hit the road, turn right toward the end of the Joyride trail. From there you can loop back to K2, or eventually climb Joyride (currently not ideal).

It is good to go. The final climb to the ridge has not been dug in. We think it will wear in with time. It has been marked with cairns. Enjoy!!
