Kompakt grusdekke.
Norsk blå gradering (middels vanskelighetsgrad).
Utformet som en familievennlig sti, men gir også MASSE moro for erfarne syklister.

Terrengsykkel med dempegaffel og gode bremser anbefales.
Fulldemper er ikke nødvendig.

HallingSpranget is one of Europe's longest machine-built bike trails – a MUST TRY in Hallingdal! The 17 km hiking and biking trail runs from Nesfjellet (1150 m.a.s.l.) to Nesbyen center (170 m.a.s.l.), passing through spectacular landscapes. Along the way, you'll find several scenic rest spots with benches and amazing views.

Shuttle bus to the top available from Nesbyen town center at Nesbyenbooking.no.

About the trail:
Approx. 150 m uphill and 1000 m downhill.
Compact gravel surface.
Norwegian blue difficulty level (medium difficulty).
Designed to be family-friendly and accessible for most riders, but still fun for experienced bikers.

What bike to bring?
A mountain bike with a front fork and good brakes is recommended.
A full-suspension bike is not necessary.

⚠️ You can also ride the trail both up and down, but be aware of fast riders coming downhill.
