The vastness of Hastings County offers thousands of bodies of water where tourists can take advantage of amazing outdoor experiences such as the sunset on beautiful Limerick Lake, or an outback biking trip. The Hastings Heritage Trail (which is congruent for part of the TCT from Hoards Rd to Bonarlaw) is a four season recreational corridor stretching from Glen Ross in Quinte West to its most northerly point adjacent to Lake St. Peter Provincial Park in Hastings Highlands. The trail is enjoyed year round by snowmobilers, dogsledders, cross country skiers, horseback riders, cyclist and hikers.
