Not a bike specific trail. Best ridden clockwise. The first 2 km climbs off Adanac Road then descends rough singletrack to an informal campsite on Adanac Road (alternate starting point). The next 4.5 km climbs steadily to the summit of a pass between Hastings Ridge and Hillcrest Mountain. The trail contours along the ridge for 3 km with wide ranging views of the continental divide and north past Crowsnest Mountain. It then descends for 3 km (with some rolling sections) to the pass between the Lyons Creek valley and Drum Creek. Parts of this descent are steep and loose. Use caution, and walk your bike if not confident in the traction. From the pass, an ATV trail descends to Sartoris Road (Lyons Creek Road on some maps). Alternately, keep right and descend the Drum Creek trail to Hillcrest Mines.
