Old, unmaintained singletrack that connects from Coxey Road at Little Pine Flat south to the PCT.
The trail starts off briefly as doubletrack. After it crosses an old gate it becomes singletrack that is overgrown with sage in places, but generally easy to follow. It is pretty nice albeit raw trail to the intersection with Muddy Springs Trail, at about 1.5 miles. Beyond that intersection the trail climbs up onto the sidehill and its condition deteriorates significantly. There is immediately a large downed tree along the slope. Beyond that the bench is clearer until you get around the next corner where it becomes more overgrown. The trail is only rideable in short sections. In between those there is thick brush. There are places where thick bushes have grown in right on the trail tread, and you have to hike around and try to pick up the trail on the other side. It gets worse the further you go. At the south end close to the PCT there are a dozen or so downed trees. Eventually it gets to the point where the trail is impassible along a steep cliff section. It was necessary to retreat and then drop down to the stream by going cross country. Unfortunately this trail is only marginally passable right now for bikes.
