Mostly downhill but one fairly steep climb section. Two street crossings and four shallow creek crossings. First section is pretty rocky and there are a lot ruts. Next section is flowy with a lot of turns. after first two street crossings trail follows drain and water pipe until you hit the three creek crossings. after the creek crossing is the climb. About 5 different jumps on the trail if you can find them. Close to the end of the trail, the trail lets out at a storm drain where on the hill there is a system of pretty big gap jumps.
From mission Blvd, turn onto Carlos Bee Blvd. Turn left on Campus Drive. Turn right onto Oakes Drive. Continue on Oakes for a long time then turn left onto Durham Rd.
