Hej Bue connects the upper and lower trails on the west side of the park. From the lower corral parking lot, it is reached at the far end of Straight Edge, and from the upper parking lot from Whitetail. Pronounced Hi Boo, it was named by a visitor from Denmark who has yet to satisfactorily translate the words to English. Hej Bue is steep and can be icy under the trees.
