This is the first portion of the High Rim Trail from Cosens Bay parking lot to the Kiosk. The High Rim Trail is a multi-use trail that runs from Kal Park near Vernon to the Kettle Valley Railway at Chute Lake, Southwest of Kelowna.
This lower portion of the trail through Kal Park runs through Bear Valley as well. Note the descent into or ascent out of Bear Valley is relatively steep, and preferable to avoid for climbing on a bike.
