Up and back(just over 6 miles, and growing) single track with some cool features. Great trail for the summer (water drains off easily into the canal that it runs along). excellent maintenance during summer. Not so great in winter (dry and sandy conditions, but still ridable).

Great single track with some cool features. Great for all skill levels. up and back about 7miles. Well maintained. Needs rain otherwise becomes too dry in spots. definitely a sweet trail in summer time when most trails close down because of flooding...This trail sheds water very well.

Today was out there...trail needs maintenance. Just some sand scraping, minimal trimming, and blown clean. Its definitely rideable. I plan on doing this maintenance on Saturday before the much needed rain storm on Sunday. Its super dry out there.
Ive been doing maintenance over at livelong and prosper. Ihavent been out here for awhile. Definitely gonna be a great place to ride after the cleaning's g, and rain. No new stuff yet...but soon there will be something sweet added to space mountain.

Pretty dry out there today. I scraped all the sandy spots...Probable missed a couple. Preparing for maybe some rain during the night. Straightened out Six flags area some...just cleaned it up a bit (see pics). If it does rain a lot tonight...tomorows gonna be sweet sunshine here with some firm trail conditions.

Today Fred and I marked out and rough cut the Toledo side loop. It will be just over 3 miles long. It will be directional with signs. It will have a beginner loop included. Most of the loop will be considered easy with some minimal medium level features. This new loop will be ridable soon. Official opening will be soon after (with signage). Great for the new, and experienced rider.

Just finished scraping and blowing clean from collinswood bridge to six flags. Then we got a good rain. Fred blew clean the Toledo Blade side. Mike has been working on the new heartbreak ridge trail that is part of the Toledo Blade loop project. This new trail is open. It’s still being worked on though. Mike has been a true blessing. He is a master trail builder.
The trail should be in excellent condition with this excessive amount of rain we just got. I’ll be out there today working on the “under the bridge” trail, and over in heartbreak ridge trail.

perfect conditions tonight with the opening of the new multi line ridge trail that is a huge part of making the Toledo side a full directional loop.It should be set up as a loop by Sunday. with entrance an d exit signs. need riders to run through the new stuff. the rest of the trail is very clean and running fast.

Downed tree on the middle section riverside has been cut. It is a bit of a squeeze, but can easily be navigated.

Updated February 2020. Great trail that is on land that’s for sale. This land...only 1/3 the trail (Toledo loop), should be used as a new way for people to see what God is capable of. There should be a church/bike shop combo on the corner of Hillsborough and Toledo blade. There would have to be a small outdoor amphitheater for church activities, and a basic building that would house the pastors office, and a bike shop. Shipping containers would do nicely (two story even 3 story). The church would lease an area for local food truck could rotate thru each day of week (taco Tuesday would be the Tuesday guy for sure).
As for the trail...well, you own the land, so no you can install some sweet dirt, rock, and eye pleasing landscape throughout the entire trail.
