This was the first trail I rode my new bike at a few months earlier. Definitely spray down and reapply if you're riding in warmer weather, lots of chiggers! Winter ride I just did was NO problem with bugs. One deeper water crossing, you will get your feet wet, best to do this loop last vs riding with wet shoes. All the trails here are lightly ridden, narrow single track. Green trail but super fun! Trails across the road are more blue/green and also a blast, especially in the winter, you can ride immediately after a rain for the most part, pretty much all rocks.
