Horse Hill Summit trail isn't quite the equalizer that East Slope trail is, but it has a level of challenge all its own. While the climb isn't quite so steep and is doable, be prepared to work hard for your reward, which is really only knowing that you cleaned it, because there's no view at the top. Luckily the summit trail is short, so the pain doesn't last very long.

 Lots of leaves. overall dry with mud in a few spots. Look out for the new trail up the hill just off the base of this trail.
