Hot Springs Ridge Trail is most commonly ridden downhill. The upper end can be access via several routes including two-tracks around the old Hot Springs Resort, Choke Cherry cow trail and a hike-a-bike from Mulkey Cr.

This trail sees frequent equestrian traffic. It also sees little maintenance and the lower end where it meets the BLM 268 two-track is deeply eroded...but still fun. It is a short jump east on BLM 268 to the Middle Ridge Trail to extend singtrack riding back toward Salmon.
