This is a pretty great trail. A generally smooth singletrack climb with a few small technical bits. I found the marked route on trailforks to be a little confusing however: the entire trail is marked blue, but some of it should be marked purple for forest road. After the initial singletrack entry to the trail you go down a hill and hit a forest road. Follow the forest road to the right and it will take you around an uphill bend to the left. When the forest road descends and you pick up speed the singletrack entry will be on your left. Basically, ignore the purple depiction of the forest road on your phone and trust your GPS when your phone says you are on the blue. Additionally the end of the trail looks much different than on singletracks. It doesn't go straight to a doubleteack at the top. Instead it curves around to the left and again to the right to set you on the forest road that takes you to Cookie monster.
