A fast steep rocky descent with lots of nice views of the canyon. The trail is in good shape and built well although the bushes are overgrown on the lower half. Once you reach the bottom the only way out is to hike all the way back up.

About half way down there will be an unmarked trail to the left. This goes to the old Indian Spring Mine. There is an old mining cart and other metal debris from the operation. And the entrance to the mine is open and easy to find although it is quite small and unsafe to enter.
