Industrial Disease was one of the first trails in this region and remains a worthy old-school classic. The first 400 or 500m of the trail involves some hike-a-bike (unless you are a very fit trials rider) but the latter half of the trail is a great technical descent offering great views. The old bridge crossing of Sproatt Creek before the OG hike a bike or Baby Snakes is gone, please use Industrial Waste to exit.

Access Info

The best way to access Industrial Disease is from Function Junction via the Flank trail.Climb steeply for about 250m over 3 km and pass two creek drainages. Look for the trail sign on your right-hand (downhill) side
