El IXS es un circuito que fue construido especialmente para las competencias de descenso IXSdownhillcup que se desarrollaron en 2017 y 2018. Es un circuito con zonas de mucha pendiente, partes expuestas de piedras. No es uno de los más transitados por lo que hay que consultar a locales sobre su estado sobretodo después del invierno. Hoy no se utiliza ya que no se esta corriendo en ese circuito pero tiene un sistema de riego manual que cubre casi el 70% del recorrido.

Este circuito se encuentra en el área de concesión del Cerro Catedral recordar tener extremo cuidado en los cruces de caminos por el transito de vehículos de la empresa en tareas de mantenimiento. Se solicita gestionar autorización para transitar.
