This is the lower section of the Braamfontein Spruit. Riding down river from S+J this part of the spruit heads towards a lovely restaurant called Jackson's Real Food market. They serve a great coffee and breakfast. This is usually the destination when heading this far down the spruit. On your way you can session the Hurlingham jumps. There is also a river crossing, a bridge, and some under-carriageway bridges. The scout hall also offers some more difficult jump lines. It is advisable to ride in pairs or groups as this part of the spruit is relatively secluded. It is however quite busy on the weekends. Beware of pedestrians on the trail. this trail runs in both directions and is multi-use.
