Jacob's Ladder is split into 2 sections. Lower and Upper, joining midway at Glen's Loop (the Lower Saddle). Lower Jacob's is a good climbing trail and an moderate downhill trail for novice trail riders.
Upper Jacobs is more difficult a climb & descent, with steeper pitches. The very top of Jacob's from the Upper Saddle into Hannah's junction is a steep descent in a ravine, which is rocky and narrow. This short section requires an expert level of skill, but it can easily be walked.
Climb up Glen's Loop onto Gondola.
