The uppermost portion of the Taylor Creek Trail. This 4.5 mile section is rolling singletrack through scenic forest. Trail tread is mostly smooth and flowy. Almost rides like it was purpose built for bikes, but it wasn't. Rides easiest from Lone Tree Pass towards Sam Brown Campground, but is fun either way. The name comes from the fact that riding portions of this trail are reminiscent of scenes from the Return of the Jedi movie where Imperial stormtroopers rode speeders through a dense forest.

Access Info

Take Merlin Galice Road to Briggs Valley Road (forest road 25) and drive approximately 10 miles up this road to Lone Tree Pass Turn left on forest road 2509. Parking is on the left, the Jedi trail is on the right
