Joan Creek trail connects the Dry Fork Trailhead to the CC Divide east of Mt Bushnell. Very steady 15% grade from bottom to top makes for an aerobic but 100% rideable climb. Great views through burns and huckleberries all the way up. Loops well by descending W Dry Fork Trail.

 We rode this as a descent and enjoyed it very much. Top was a little technical and fast, middle and lower sections were smooth/fast (middle was more overgrown than I would have liked, but still fun). We took Knox Creek up, then connected in with the CDT for an easy loop.
